Six Factors to Success in Life After University

Success is the achievement of a high position in a particular field, for example in business or politics. Nearly all of the young people interviewed believed that work was the key to success.

According to a recent Gallup-Purdue survey, the following six factors are more important than the university you attend, in determining your success in life:

1. Being taught by a lecturer who makes learning exciting.

2. Working with lecturers who care about students professionally.

3. Finding a mentor who encourages you to follow personal goals.

4. Working on a project across several semesters.

5. Participating in an internship that applies classroom learning.

6. Being active in extracurricular activities.

So before bragging about your university and how you are “naturally ahead” of others, you may want to think these points first.
